Tier III CS Engineers are the most skilled and technically competent members of the Customer Support teams. Tier III CSE's interface with all levels of support staff within the company, from Tier I CSE's to Research & Development (R&D) staff; and work directly with customers to isolate high-level technical issues and provide solutions developed either by members of R&D or by themselves.
Responsibilities:
" Identifying software bugs within the company`s VOIP products by understanding the interface and interactions between the company`s products and those existing in the customer's site/systems.
" Interfacing with R&D to address product issues and resolve high-level technical issues for customers.
" Collecting and Interpreting Traces on network and VOIP cases.
" Being available 24x7 to Tier II CSE's as technical Subject Matter Experts (SME's).
" Mentoring and educating of Tier II teams,.
" Assist with complicated networks environment solution

| דרישות: |
Bachelor in computer science - advantage
Minimum 2 years technical experience with in the industry.
CISCO certification - advantage
Networking: good working knowledge of TCP/IP, addressing and configuration, Ethernet, hubs and routers configuration, VoIP solutions, VOIP protocols
Must understand technical causal relationships and possible outcomes related to troubleshooting software and system problems.
Must be effective in all oral and written communications in English; including taking technical information and translating to non-technical and vice-versa.
Must possess the ability to create and effectively deliver knowledge transfers with others.
Excel in working in fast-paced, stressful situations.
Work with little direct supervision.
Ability to make good business and technical decisions and see issue resolution through to completion.
