Responsibilities:
• Managing support issues directly related to the use, support, and implementation of Finjan products and solutions, using effective customer skills on-site, over the phone, and online to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through understanding and identifying the customers' complex network
• Effectively interacting with the R&D teams to provide solutions to complex technical issues
• Travelling to customer sites for planned / unplanned visits
• Attempting second call case resolution, software/network troubleshooting and proactive support services

Requirements:
• 3 years experience with network/security operations - Mandatory
• Operating systems - Windows, Linux – Mandatory
• Technical BA/BS degree and experience in a technology field - an advantage
• Certifications such as Networks+, CCNA, CCNP, CCSA/E – an advantage
• Hands-on experience in scripting (Perl, Unix shell etc.) – an advantage
• Quick learner with a desire to learn new tools and techniques and complex products
• Strong multi-tasking and problem resolution abilities
• Good communication skills
• Customer Service Orientation
• Teamwork and Cooperation
• English – Fluent (Verbal, writing, reading)
