Job Description:
Lead projects of testing engineers under the Operation department. The team objectives are to Defines and Develop the production tests process for Full coverage, Fast TTM and High Yields. Develop SW for new boards bring-up, support R&D sustain activities, support manufacturing test and repair line.
Reporting Relationships:
Position reports to Test Engineer Manager
Key Interfaces:
Collaborate with development personnel manufacturing and Diagnostic engineers.
Responsibilities:
Provide direction and support to the Diagnostics and R&D engineering team. Develop test strategies and comprehensive test plans. Defines and Develop the production tests process for Full coverage, Fast TTM and High Yields, which includes Boundary Scan test (JTAG), Functionality, Stress and integration Tests. Design the production line. Choosing and developing Test equipment. Defining Diagnostic requirements and integration. Support full DVT process for new products. Defining and developing for fail safe mechanism. Maintain test programs & stations due to ECO. Jigs development for mass testability. Support and trained the Test and repair line technicians. Support new product introductions and ensure the successful transition of products from development to volume manufacturing. Be full associate to design for test (DFT) for all new products. Establish and maintain product and employee performance goals.
Qualifications Required:
· 5 years of diagnostics engineering experience in High-Tech companies
· Experience in deploying test processes into a contract manufacturer and other suppliers
· Electrical engineering degree required
· Programming skills in C, C++, and Visual Basic
· Knowledge with National Instruments automatic tools as TEST STAND, CVI, Lab View.
· Knowledge with Test Equipments.
· Ability to write ATP and WP definitions
· Experience in development, deployment and support of ICT, JTAG, functional test, integration and HASS
· Leadership skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, also in English.
· Ability to influence an organization through demonstrated technical competence and leadership
