• Extensive and demonstrable relevant experience in Windows C++ programming – at least 3 years of experience.
• Possesses complete knowledge of Win32 API, threading model, Windows internals.
• Knowledge of Masters Software Engineering topics such as Object Oriented Design and Programming, Design Patterns.
• Able to foresee and diagnose complex problems on existing software projects.
• Capable of designing, implementing and supporting new features in the product.
• Able to solve issues or come up with workarounds quickly.
• Understanding of enterprise networks and networking protocols (Firewalls, VLANs, Routers, TCP/IP, HTTP).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Resourceful and able to use initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
