Leading long term QA Activities at the CMs, in pro-active manner
Participate in short term QA Activities at the CMs, per raised needs
Initiate and follow up on CIP at the CMs
Manage Customer Quality Audits at the CMs
Do the same with major second tier suppliers
Work with Qes (Quality Engineers) on CM related Quality Issues
Audit CMs and second tier suppliers
Prepare and accompany Customer or 3rd party Quality Audits at the CMs
Lead all the QC Activities in 2 Mfg locations in Israel, until further notice. In this role managing 2 small group of QC Inspectors (at Migdal Haemek, and at Kfar Saba)
Properly report on performance on periodical basis and on progress and problems

| דרישות: |
Worked as a Q&R (Quality and Reliability) Engineer and Team Leader in the Electronic Commodity Industry (Assembly Lines, SMT, Etc..), or the Semiconductor Industry (FAB, Sort, Assembly & Test).
8-10 years of experience - 3-4 of them as Team Leader.
Established QMS/BMS based on ISO 9001: 2000
Utilized Statistical Quality Tools
Very Good English: Writing, Reading and Speaking, is a must
Assertiveness and Management Capabilities are both required
Willing to work very hard and travel back and forth to the Far East are both required
