| תיאור: |
• Manage development and maintenance of all internal and external Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) of ZIM.
• Mange 6-10 EDI developers in Israel & abroad, responsible for their daily activity & workload.
• Will provide regular feedback to development manager on project status.
• Establish EDI development and deployment standard and work methodology.
• Write software high-level and detail design and participate in design review.
• Design, build & maintain monitoring tool for EDI infrastructure.
• Work according to the ZIM development standards.

| דרישות: |
• 2-5 years of experience with EDI and integration platform technologies.
• Familiar with EDI Mercator platform - an advantage.
• 2-5 years experience in managing development team – a must.
• Good management and decision making capabilities
• Good leadership skills as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English - verbal and written - a must.
• Working Experience with R&D teams - an advantage.
• Knowledge of Oracle DB
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent work experience required.
• Able to develop high-level and detail design specifications.
• Organized, dedicated, team player. Willingness to work hard and long hours.
• Process-oriented
