DESCRIPTION OF JOB RESPONSIBILITES
 Smooth daily operation of the reception - Answer all employee's needs,
 Office maintenance
 Travel arrangements - Responsibility on all employee's arrangements traveling abroad and on all arrangements needed of visitors coming to IL.
 Administration tasks - Order office supply, supply for Cafeteria, helping with operational preparation to tradeshows, ordering and handling the cars in the company.
 Cooperation with other staff and departments -Assist different department of the company. Assist up grading the CRM system and any administration tasks.

 
 
דרישות:
REQUIREMENTS
 Minimum 1 year administrative support experience or army experience as a secretary.
 Excellent Customer Service skills are required.
 Detail oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
 Strong organizational and follow-thru skills.
 Effective communicator, both verbally and written.
 Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexible.
 Strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
 Ability to take initiative and work with limited supervision.
 Very good English
 Perfect Office
 Full time position
 Commitment for at least 1 year
