DESCRIPTION OF JOB RESPONSIBILITES
Smooth daily operation of the reception - Answer all employee's needs,
Office maintenance
Travel arrangements - Responsibility on all employee's arrangements traveling abroad and on all arrangements needed of visitors coming to IL.
Administration tasks - Order office supply, supply for Cafeteria, helping with operational preparation to tradeshows, ordering and handling the cars in the company.
Cooperation with other staff and departments -Assist different department of the company. Assist up grading the CRM system and any administration tasks.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year administrative support experience or army experience as a secretary.
Excellent Customer Service skills are required.
Detail oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
Strong organizational and follow-thru skills.
Effective communicator, both verbally and written.
Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexible.
Strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to take initiative and work with limited supervision.
Very good English
