2-4 שנות ניסיון בניהול צוות שירות לקוחות/תמיכה.
ניסיון בניהול של 30-35 אנשי צוות - חובה.
יכולת לנהל פרויקטים ואופרציות רבות במקביל.
דרישות כלליות:
אנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד - חובה.
נכונות לרילוקיישן.
מוטיבציה גבוהה, גמישות, אחריות, מסירות ולויאליות.
יחסי אנוש טובים ויכולת הנעת תהליכים.
IT Operations manager - Relocation
General Description
Will be in charge of all corporate computing assets (in the Philippines, Hong Kong, UK), used both for corporate operations as well as for gaming
services.
Some of these responsibilities include:
Ownership of all corporate and gaming related systems and networks.
Designing and employing the corporate strategy in terms of DDoS mitigation.
Design and implementation of the company’s disaster recovery strategy.
Design and implementation of information security within the company.
Technical design and implementation of new business ventures.
Working in a truly global environment, with partners and customers around the
world.
Manage engineers that operate 24/7.
Interview and recruit new employees.
The IT Operations manager will report directly to the CTO.
This post is based in Manila, Philippines; travel will be required occasionally.
Technical Requirements:
Good knowledge in Red Hat Linux and Microsoft technologies
Highly knowledgeable in networking and in Cisco gear in particular.
Prior IT management experience.
Familiar with helpdesk operations and the corporate computing environment.
Experience from a large ISP or other Telecom related company - an advantage.
Technically hands-on along with administration and management skills.
General Requirements:
Relevant certifications such as CCNA (and higher) are an advantage.
This person will be highly motivated, dynamic in his ability to track and address changing
needs and business requirements, and be capable of managing and cooperating with
people from numerous countries.
Will be excellent in exercising extreme patience and will poses a strong sense of purpose in face of constant challenges.
