We are looking for a senior development and delivery manager to lead a software development center of about 80 professionals ,including:
development, qa and production teams
control all operational activities in order to achieve the product’s requirements
full responsibility of the software delivery process, including:
requirements analysis, development, qa, mass production and release coordination, support of annual business planning process,
manage and monitor the unit budget,
build the unit structure and full responsibility of the people within the delivery unit, evaluating ways to improve the skill set of the group and the efficiency of the team coordination and synch with higher management and other units of the company.

| דרישות: |
At least 5 years of experience managing a development group of at least 40 people
solid track record of running multi-functional teams (dev, qa, system, …)
strong management and leading skills outstanding analytical skills, critical, methodological,
experience with hr recruitment and select
understanding of software development lifecycle,
able to work in a dynamic environment and to meet challenging dead lines
mba is a preference.
willing to relocate to East Europe.
