Job Description
The Controller carries out diversified financial assignments requiring substantive financial knowledge in diverse practice areas. Acts in a supporting and advisory capacity to the Director of Finance, responsible for a wide range of financial and tax reports, implementing an ERP System, and in charge of the company's system of accounts and the payroll system.

Responsibilities
The Controller will report to the Director of Finance in our Israeli office and be responsible for a broad range of diversified finance issues. Responsibilities include:
• Assume responsibility for supporting all G&A functions
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Drive monthly outlook cycles for all G&A groups
• Maintain and improve existing internal controls and establish and administer new controls as needed
• Manage and proactively drive business process change
• Perform infrastructure investment analysis and provide recommendations
• Establish and maintain key operational metrics and reporting for each G&A group
• Support company-wide financial planning processes and systems
• Effectively partner with others cross-functionally and at different organizational levels to achieve common business goals and to drive process improvements
• Development, analysis, and interpretation of statistical and accounting information in order to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, and other matters bearing on the operating effectiveness of the organization.
• Responsibility for the company's system of accounts and keeping books and records on all company transactions and assets.
• Preparing reports that outline the company's financial position in the areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and future operations.
• Assisting in the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, institutes and maintaining other planning and control procedures.
• Taking part in definition & implementation of ERP System.
• Preparing monthly expense, BS and P&L reports
• Preparing yearly tax reports
• Coordinating financial statements, annual financial reports, audit activities, and other information reports and requests. Ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
• Supervising the book-keeping department
• Assisting in preparation of the monthly payroll
• Performing miscellaneous projects and job-related duties as assigned
• Development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures related to reconciliation.


Requirements
• Solid business acumen and process oriented.
• Ability to thrive in an extremely dynamic environment
• Must have a strong presence and have demonstrated track record of success.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Must possess first rate analytical skills.
• High degree of business partnering skills.
• Strong financial forecasting and accounting systems experience
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Must be highly organized, have excellent time management skills and be able to work under pressure.
• Must be able to complete tasks in a professional and timely manner, producing high quality and accurate results.
• 4-6 years of Corporate Finance experience & relevant industry background at Hi-Tech Department at a top tier accounting firm
• Experience in accompanying a company to an IPO in Nasdaq from the aspect of the accounting firm.
• Experience in drafting SEC Reports.
• Excellent computer skills, especially vast knowledge in Excel.
• Experience in an ERP System.
• Vast knowledge in US GAAP, especially in the accounting of stock-based compensation.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and/or projections.
• Must be able to work additional hours.
• Must be flexible when priorities change, view new assignments and changes as potential opportunities. Must be able to set priorities and complete work on a daily basis in a high energy environment.
• Prior audit and Sarbanes-Oxley experience
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent English Skills.

University grades pre-requisite:
• MBA/CPA with technical or financial undergraduate degree.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA from an accredited University, with GPA over 85.
