o Leading the reliability team in a startup company developing power electronics for the solar photovoltaic out-door applications.
o Responsible for a team of 5 engineers and technicians.
o Professional responsibility for all aspects of reliability: component & technology approval, overview of experiment design, failure analysis.
o Management of large-scale long-term electronic reliability experiments.
