-Engineering degree
-Minimum 10-15 years industry experience in Analog design (Digital CMOS process).
-Experience in transistor-level design of one or more of the following areas are required:
High Speed ADC, High Speed PLL, CDR, High Speed I/O.
-Strong understanding of analog circuit design fundamental
-Strong understanding of physical layout consideration
-Good knowledge and experience in schematic, layout and analytical CAD tools.
-Good documentation skills, good communication skills and the ability to work well in small team environment.
-Good knowledge of lab equipment and testing.
-Able to carry on design task from circuit design, layout all the way to lab debug/characterizations.
