•To define QC processes and tests for prototypes, low volume and high volume production.
This will take place both as an input for future design as well as for existing design (test cell, prototype cell CMPIII and so on).
•Develop QA/QC methodology for production, for example define the reference group between one time tests (R&D) and standard tests.
•Define Pass/Fail Criteria for 1st item inspection, incoming inspection and sampling techniques.
•Assess, Qualify, Inspect and Audit subcontractors via Vendor Assessments and Quality Audits together with QA/QC Manager
•Write quality documentation, eg SOPs, specs, WI, in English for engineering processes.

| דרישות: |
•Certified Mechanical Engineer
•Must have 3 years experience in developing QC tests and been responsible for statistical process analysis - for engineering projects.
•Minimum of 5 years experience as a QC engineer at medium to high volume production lines.
(Preferred systems which involve sealing issues, electronics and mechanical components made of plastic.)
•Good ability to work as part of a group, and independently.
•Quick learning skills.
•Ability to analyze and define process, including production limits and specifications
•Good level of written and spoken English.
•Familiar with MS office
•Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
