תיאור: |
Tier 2 and 3 - Technical Engineering Support , to on site customer engineers, for live production systems.
Job includes the following tasks:
• Troubleshoot and investigation technical software problems, including code analysis, until resolution.
• Job may include development of software fixes for a very large-scale distributed system. Development Language is Java.
• Provide high level of technical consultation to our customers engineers.
• Create and maintain a professional positive working relationship with our customers,.
• Work closely with development , R&D, deployment engineers, and project managers to resolve customer issues
• Provide on-site support abroad when needed
• Provide on-site support-training to customers, system integrators and prime contractors.
• Provide technical support during off-hours as part of the 24/7 support provided by Mobilitec support to the customers.

דרישות: |
Professional Experience & knowledge requirements: • Bachelor Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or industrial engineering – information systems from Technion, or known University.
• Practical experience in Web technologies like HTML, Java Scripts
• Knowledge of Java and Servlets/JSP technologies is an advantage
• Data base: ORACLE, SQL scripts.
Other Requirements: • Highly Motivated, striving for excellence!
• Very Good communication skills, in English both verbally and written. (English)
• Ability to function under stress and schedule pressure.
• Availability during off business hours.
• Very good interrelations skills.
• Team player, who can perform a wide range of tasks.
Ability to work autonomously, self-management skills.
