FXCM Inc. (NYSE:FXCM) is looking for an experienced line manager to help develop and run a local financial service team dedicated to our global client base during European trading hours. As a leader in the retail FX market, customer service is a primary objective for FXCM and our high standards are set by our discerning customers. Financial services teams are charged with providing market commentary, trading education, technical support and operational guidance to traders of all skill levels and backgrounds. As a team leader, you will be building and leading a team of 5- 10 people, coordinating with supervisors and department heads in other offices and reporting to managers in the US. It is of paramount importance that you are able to lead by example and bring the FXCM culture to our local team.




Position Responsibilities

•Manage a team of 5 to 10 Financial services reps.
•Ensure the team’s strict compliance with regulations.
•Drive the team to have a direct impact on FXCM’s bottom line by a) Improving client retention b) Increasing customer re-deposits c) Engaging dormant clients.
•Develop staff to become top performers, evaluate performance of and retain talented staff.
•Provide organized, relevant feedback to management about market trends, client needs, and general team progress.
•Understand and be able to communicate new initiatives, priorities and global business direction to your team.
•Coordinate and cooperate with other teams and departments to improve products, process and procedures.
•Hire high performers into the team.





Candidate Profile and Expected Competencies



•Resourceful and self reliant in identifying and solving problems.
•Comfortable in a competitive environment, knows how to use competition to drive performance without sacrificing quality & teamwork.
•Flexible and able to adapt to rapid and frequent changes.
•Strong passion for, interest in and knowledge of global markets and personal trading experience.
•Impeccable communication skills with customers, staff and management.
•Preferable to posses understanding of the FX industry in Europe and the UK.  
 
דרישות:
Requirements



•Experience working with a global and multi-lingual company with 500 or more employees where internal structure, process and interdepartmental cooperation were necessary.
•Minimum 2 years client services, sales, or client facing experience as a representative. In addition to minimum 2 years experience managing a client facing team, preferably in financial services or call center setting.
•Bachelors degree
•Minimum 2 years of personal trading experience within the last 5 years, preferably in FX and/or in other liquid markets.
•Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and coach staff.
•Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and bottom line results.
•Fluent in English: Written & spoken •Working knowledge of Micro Soft Office Suite. Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.



Hours: 40 hours per week. 5-6 shifts, usually Monday-Friday , however, there are shifts 24/7, 365 days a year.

Location: Tel Aviv
