Responsibilities:
• Responsible for prospecting and identifying new business
• Follow up on inquiries and develop till sales ready.
• Working closely with Field Sales Executives on managing territory and ensuring the smooth transition of sales leads to Field Sales Executives
• Overcome sales objections/position product against competition and customer needs.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding customer needs, budgets and decision making
• Enter all activities and track all customer related issues in CRM
• Meeting sales targets established by the company.
Experience, Competencies, and Education:
• 2-5 years experience in a sales organization in similar role
• Outbound sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written English/Italian/Spanish/French (preferably mother tongue)
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills a must
• Aggressive hunter
• Confident and polished phone prospecting skills
• Ability to work in a goal oriented environment under pressure
• Ability to adapt communication style to the targeted audience
• Skilled in Outlook and Internet research tools
