Description
Leading and directing a membrane development team (5-6 researchers and research assistants)
Responsible of the following activities:
Education
Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry / Polymers synthesis. Membrane background will be advantage
Experience
at list 5 years synthetic R&D experience in Chemical/Pharmaceutical/Material/Polymer industrial companies, preferable in a multidisciplinary environment which includes interfacial work.
Polymers synthesis/manipulation and/or polymeric products/membrane fabrication will be an advantage.
Personality
ability to lead a team (from both technical and managerial perspectives); Hard worker; Open minded; quick learner; technical orientation
