A gaming company is looking for a Casino CRM Manager to join our dynamic and quality CRM team.
Responsibilities:
Full responsibility on the Casino players and brand s PNL, meeting retention and Conversion KPI s
Define players target groups for CRM activity based on database analysis
Writing Casino promotional content and materials and working with the creative team.
Execute promotional plans utilizing online and mobile systems for creating and managing campaigns
Providing consultancy in all the related to the Casino product and leading product and marketing mutual projects
Working with multiple departments: product, marketing, research, support B2B, B2C etc

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in marketing from the gaming/ internet industry A MUST
Experience in marketing writing - big advantage
English at a mother tongue level
Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Business - an advantage
Marketing orientation and understanding
Excellent written communication skills and creativeness
Good analytical skills
Initiative, creative, open minded, independence, great communication and interpersonal skills, well organized, ability to learn quickly, multi-tasking, team player
