Implement, maintain and monitor the CRM (SalesForce) and SAP Manager Applications
Design and implement an optimal configuration to maximize system performance and availability
Install and configure all required CRM and SAP Manager Database servers and application servers, manage users, authorizations and profiles
Administer the CRM and SAP Manager database
Perform CRM and SAP Manager client administration
Integrate one SAP instance with other non-SAP applications
Participate in the planning and implementation of CRM and SAP Manager system upgrades
Apply and migrate SAP maintenance (hot packages and kernel upgrades) through all systems using a structured methodology
Develop and maintain system documentation for all instances and interfaces
Establish the Customer Hub connection
Establish outside vendor relationships in support of systems development efforts
Provide consulting services to other areas as required

| דרישות: |
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Experience conducting at least one complete CRM implementation
Strong understanding of SAP CRM and SAP Manager.
Detailed understanding of the database system used in the SAP environment.
Demonstrated experience with the underlying operating system and hardware platform
Experience in technical infrastructure and/or operations support
Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills
Strong customer focus with ability to work with customers of varying levels of technical expertise in high-pressure situations and complex environments
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments
Excellent organizational skills with ability to work under pressure
Strong desire and ability to quickly learn, become competent in, and apply new skills
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Must be proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work on cross-functional teams
