For Teva Pharmaceutical Industries which is based in Petah Tikva, Country SOX Leader is required, Job description:
Coordinate the efforts of providing assurance that TEVA entities in the country maintain systems of internal control that adequately measure and manage the risks which the company is facing, in order that the scoped- in locations comply with the Sarbanes Oxley regulatory requirements
Implement the required Sarbanes Oxley compliance package at the relevant Teva entities under supervision of the Global and the Regional Financial Compliance Leaders
Coordinate and lead Sarbanes Oxley readiness process in liaison with the various locations and departments in scope under the supervision of Director of Financial Compliance EMIA-APAC
Responsible in the location for trainings on SOX issues, setting of processes and controls supporting the SOX compliance, the preparation/existence of proper SOX documentation, performing Walkthroughs / tests according to TEVA SOX methodology, maintaining the SOX database on a continuous basis and liaise with all parties affected by SOX issues

Degree in finance, accounting or related field; CPA- A MUST
Shall be a qualified professional with at least 2 year's post qualified and preferably SOX Audit/consultancy experience
Background in audit/internal audit/testing is essential
Knowledge of SOX requirements, audit requirements, US GAAP
Excellent command of Russian and English, speaking, reading and writing
Excellent communication skills, people skills
Organization and prioritization skills
Negotiation and report writing skills
