For Teva Pharmaceutical Industries which is based in Petah Tikva,Director, In-Licensed Portfolio, Growth Markets is required.Job description:
Manage the process of turning in-licensed wish-list product into signed deals - driving the process which includes validation of the business case, suppliers search, commercial negotiation, DD process, and contracting.
Driving the In-licensed community management routines working hand in hand with both the regional and local in-licensed team
Oversight of strategy execution from contracting to launch, ensuring all enabling functions meeting the milestones and activities agreed in the final strategy meeting, working closely with R&D, RA, QA, IP and SC
Increasing success rates of on time submission and launches of the in-licensed portfolio - Building risk mitigation plans and scenario planning to overcome challenges and ensure timely submissions and launches
Developing the relationships with Key Suppliers to ensure high service level and support along the entire launch process

| דרישות: |
BA/B.SC in industrial Engineering, Science or Similar, MBA
At Least 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
Good understanding of a product value chain: including product development, regulatory processes and supply requirements
Strong Leadership skills
Experience in managing global interfaces
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and drive a process via collaborationand influencing
Result driven and analytical thinking
Ability to solve problems
Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple tasks under high workload and with tight timelines
Ability to work independently and influence in a matrix function on all levels
Self-motivated and positive thinking
