French language native speakers (required)
Fluent in English (required)
Hebrew language (basic)
Background and experience in technical support by phone.
Background and experience with tech support of communications and telephony market in France (advantage)
strong ability of expression in French both oral and written
Knowledge and experience in programming languages (an advantage)
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work in team
