Tracks defects from detection to resolution in tracking system and works with developers to reproduce and resolve defects.

Relevant academic background (B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Windows based operating systems and Microsoft networks.
