EngageYa is looking for you! An energized, dedicated, data-driven and personable account manager to maintain and grow our publisher accounts and drive to publishers’ success.
Objectives of this Role
# Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to publishers’ concerns and needs
# Build and strengthen publisher relationships to achieve long term partnerships and maximize revenue
# Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
• Receive inquiries and requests from publishers and address their needs
• Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services and maximizing their assets performance and maximize profit.
• Troubleshooting and 1st line hands-on support (widget implementation), resolving issues in a timely manner, and escalating issues to technical team when needed
• Meeting regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business; [i.e sales, business development]
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and communicate opportunities with the sales team regularly
• Initiate periodical reports, support accounting and publisher invoicing and payments processes

Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years experience in customer service or sales roles
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and juggle responsibilities simultaneously
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills
• English - writing and verbal – a must. Other languages – an advantage
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, reports and CRM software
• BA/BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Experience in the online marketing industry and, knowledge in HTML and other technological background are advantages
