For an online gaming company:
Online marketing for Swedish player markets.
Development of marketing and player retention programs in an online environment. Maintaining personal contact with customers via phone, e-mail and online chat.
Increasing customer loyalty and customer value.

Position Requirements:
Experience in Customer Service or CRM.
Marketing oriented.
Mother tongue Swedish.
Proficient in English.
Excellent communication skills.
PC and internet savvy (Windows, MS Office).
Hard working; ability to work late hours.
Full time job; 9 hour shifts, 5 shifts a week. (Includes morning and noon shifts, one monthly late evening shift and one monthly weekend shift)
