We are looking for HTML programmer able to convert concept design into web-delivery in HTML and CSS. You must be capable of producing high quality cross-browser HTML/DHMTL code and have a good understanding of usability issues.

Must have a good knowledge of HTML and CSS
Personal qualities - self starter and fast learner (a person who could study a new application fast)
Hard worker - a person with energy who works fast.
Experience with XML, Photoshop, Flash - advantage
Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) - advantage
Being able to work on unusual hours (usa time) - advantage
